I moved our huge horse art to the foyer right above the bench which holds our shoes. See how I made the bench have more personality and give our foyer a more personal touch.
The horse canvas is a favorite piece of mine so I moved it to where we can see it better.
I’ve been wanting to add a back to this bench since I got it.
I had enough wood in the garage to cut random sizes to fill the space between the bench and canvas. I painted and distressed each one separately then nailed them to the wall.
I chose different colors for each piece after I was inspired by THIS POST.
A multi-colored console table by Red Hen Home.
I wasn’t planning to put our family established sign on there but I needed that scrap piece of wood. It really ended up being just right for this spot.
I like our house to have a vibe of our own the minute anybody walks in.
It’s getting there.
