Pallet Planter

A free pallet cut down to a planter size box.
I just added a bottom piece of wood.
Filled it with a 1/2 price garland from the craft store.
Placed in the foyer under an old window and wreath.
 A pretty accent for anywhere…
 Free and 1/2 price decorating.

Love this! I'm such a sucker for pallet projects. I just got my first pallet last weekend and have no idea what I'm going to do with it!

A lovely fall vignette! The dresser is fantastic, I love the chunky knobs.

That is totally a genius idea. I love the look and the dresser is stunning also. I saw your family room in the previous post and it is gorgeous. You have so many wonderful accessories, and it looks so warm and inviting. Very well done. Thanks for the visit and following me, I am your newest follower. Can't wait to see more. Hugs, Marty

Holly, you're so clever to think of that. I love how it turned out.

It all looks wonderful together 🙂

Did you paint/distress the dresser as well?

Very clever! Pallet projects are on my to-do list but I'm having a hard time getting around to them. So many cute ideas out there and this is one of them!

Barefoot in Blue Jeans

It turned out so cute! So many ideas out there using pallets. I was able to round up a few this week for future projects. yeah!

That looks so good there. It's fun seeing how you're using pieces in a different way in your new home. I love the distressed dresser that it's sitting on too! Your wreath hanging above it is beautiful as well. It looks very Fall-ish.

Oh this is great! You could do so many things with this seasonally! I have a lot of pallets and I want to try this with one of them! Nice project!

Kristin@ A Vintage Fairy

Sitting on the dresser, it makes it look like a buffet. like the top of the pallet piece is the top peeking out thru the greens. a very nice effect on the top of that piece. totally transforms it! nice work!

This looks so beautiful underneath the window and wreath. Love the color choices! Great idea too!

Ohh I have 2 of these that I cut out for the boys room but I'm liking this idea MUCH better. My entry needs a little somethin' extra and I think this is it! Love it Holly!

Holly, that's so pretty! I admire anyone who can work with a pallet. I have a couple of them and they are a pain in the butt to tear apart. I gave up on my pallet projects. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Gail
